How do we get paid?

Capital United receives its income through a mix of consulting fees, Success Fees and commissions paid by Financiers on transactions referred and settled.

Capital United has entered into an agreement with a number of Financiers where they will pay Capital United an upfront commission, and in some cases an ongoing fee. Capital United will not know the exact amount of commission payable from the Financiers prior to a client entering into a credit contract, however, Capital United Pty Ltd discloses any commission payments it may receive from Credit Providers to its clients.

In some instances Capital United will charge a Fee for Service and or a Success Fee. The amount of this fee will depend on the transaction type. In all instances, Capital United will outline any fees and charges in an Engagement Letter, and clients will not be charged any fees without prior agreement.

Our Engagement Letters outlines:

  • Our Understanding of the Funding Need;
  • Our Recommended Approach to Financiers;
  • Capital United’s Service Offering;
  • Proposed Fee Structure;
  • List of Information Requirements; and
  • Suggested Next Steps.
